Service Description
The Civilian Defense Program is a unique law enforcement quality self-defense program tailored for the threats facing the NYC community. This course integrates situational awareness, threat assessment, and street-smart wisdom with practical hand-to-hand combat techniques. Participants will learn to identify risks early and neutralize threats effectively in real-world urban environments.
