The Civilian Defense Program offers world class Police/Military Self Defense training for adults seeking to learn how to defend themselves in today's dangerous street environment. With a 400% rise in violent crime in NYC and the Jewish community facing the highest threats, our program equips you with the necessary skills to protect yourself and your loved ones with important life-saving skills. In addition to Hand to Hand Combat, our expert instructors focus on Police/Military Security concepts, Situational Awareness, Threat Assessment and Conflict De-Escalation techniques.
